Submissions for festival performances must be on CD or DVD. There is no limit to the number of songs which can be submitted in consideration for review on each application. Each song submitted will be auditioned and reviewed unless you indicate otherwise.


HMA Music Store™:
To have a sample of your song considered for the HMA Music Store™ at www.hamiltonmusicawards.com, all submissions MUST be on CD.

Please include one (1) copy of your press kit with photo and bio and 2 CD's. Photos and bios are important for liner notes and the festival program so please make sure to include these items as part of your submission.

Submission fees are waived for festival/ HMA Music Store received on or before July 31, 2008. Submissions received after this date must include a $20.00 (inclusive of GST) processing fee payable to September Seventh Entertainment Ltd. (certified cheque/money order/cash)
